With a group of partners, GoodPlanet Belgium is working to improve the accessibility of parks and nature reserves for people with a disability.
To do so, the group visited 15 parks and nature reserves with the help of people with a disability. They advised the group on the adjustments to be made on paths, rest areas, information boards or signposts, for example. Thanks to these visits, the group is developing different tools that will soon be available to help green spaces become more accessible.
Because an outing in nature should be possible for everyone!
