Meet the Jury: P.J. (Pedro) Marcellino [YRE alumnus, journalist, writer, filmmaker].

Pedro's Photo of the Year is: "My grandmother and her Mini-Garden", submitted as part of the article "Climate change: looking back for a solution of today" (Singapore): "I chose the portrait of Mme Siew Cheng because, in my opinion, this is a stunning piece of storytelling focusing on our humanity, and on the minutia of our daily lives, whilst still tackling the SDGs and much-needed behavioural change, all in a very concrete and relatable package”.
