The photo illustrates a person trying to have lunch in a park. However it is obvious that the view is far from scenic. Plus the health hazards for all of the visitors. Sustainable food consumption is not only eating healthy food from sustainable sources, but also correct disposal of our waste. Opt for reusable packaging whenever possible, compost what you can, and dispose correctly of disposable ones. Another option is choosing degradable or edible containers…costs more but in the end it will cost less on our environment!
